We respect the privacy of our
clients. This privacy statement is designed to help you understand what
information we gather and what we do with the information.
Information We Gather
The type of information we
gather falls into two general categories:
1. General tracking information gathered as visitors navigate
through the site
2. Information associated with on-line services and ordering
products
General
Tracking Information
To help us tailor our site to the needs and
interests of our visitors, we keep track of the pages visited by each user. We
aggregate this data with data on the pages visited by other users to track
overall visitor traffic patterns. We use this information to improve our site by
making it more responsive to the needs of our users. Our webserver automatically
collects some information about you when you request pages from our server,
including your IP address. Your IP address is a number that is used by computers
connected to the Internet to identify your computer so that data (such as the
web pages you request) can be sent to you. This information does not identify
you personally.
On-line Services and Ordering
Information
Many of the
pages on this site use cookies. A cookie is just an entry in a text file or
folder on your hard drive. The cookie contains a unique ID number assigned to
you for the duration of a single session that allows our server to remember the
status of your session. Cookies do not reveal personal information; the only
personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself.
If you establish yourself as a Survey-Web client, we store information used to
track your surveys and order progress. This will include an email address used
by our server to comunicate with you. We also may store contact information
used for billing purposes.
We do NOT sell or otherwise provide any of the
personal information you provide to complete your order to any third party under
any circumstances. We do communicate with you via e-mail messages to confirm
orders and update you as to the status of your survey.
What We Do With the Information We Gather
As
indicated above, the aggregated tracking information we gather over the site is
used to tailor the site to our customers' interests. The information you provide
to fulfill an order is used primarily to complete your order, and to send you an
e-mail communcations about your order or survey status.
What We
Won't Do With the Information We Gather
Even though we've said it
already, the message is important enough to repeat: We respect the privacy of
our customers. We will NOT sell or otherwise provide any of our customers'
personal information to any third party under any circumstances.
